Additional Laser Engraving Charges - Laser Engraving charges are $2.00 per 16 characters on a line or your custom logo. (2 line limit)  Additional locations are also $2.00 each.  All logos or stylized lettering requires an $80.00 Custom Engraving Master.

Personalization of individual names or initials is considered an engraving line.  $2.00 per 16 characters on a line. (2 line limit)  Each name may be different.  There is no processing charge for name changes.  Upper and lower case lettering is easiest to read.  No set-up charge or Custom Engraving Master is required for individual names engraved from our available typestyles.  Personalization list must appear as desired, UPPER CASE or mixed Upper and Lower case lettering.  Personalization is for one line only.  Each additional line is an extra engraving charge of $2.00.  Requirements for supplying individual names are:

2. Minimum 10 point type size

(2 line limit) or logo applies.  Black and white artwork is required.  The larger the artwork, the better the replication.  Large artwork retains clarity when reduced.  Complex, intricate and reversed logos will incur additional charges.  This electronically flexible file can be used with any of our 3 engraving processes, Laser Engraving, Diamond Engraving, or Rotary Engraving.

Exact Repeat Orders do not incur a set-up or re-use charge for your Custom Engraving Master. And may be used with any of our 3 engraving processes, Laser Engraving, Diamond Engraving, or Rotary Engraving.

Diamond Engraving
Jewelers' Diamond Engraving is used only on metal surfaces, such as stainless steel, nickel-silver, chrome and brass. Diamond Engraving uses a diamond tipped cutter to mark the metal surfaces thus allowing the newly cut bright metal to show through.  This is the best method for fine line detail on metal surfaces.  Diamond surface engravings can not be inscribed in plastic or wood.  Due to this delicate fine line process, jewelers' Diamond Engravings can not be color-filled. Knife blades can not be diamond engraved.  Knife blades are very hard due to tempering; a heat treating process to ensure a blade retains it sharpening properties, and to resist scratching and dulling.  Diamond Engraving charges are $2.00 per 16 characters on a line or your custom logo.  We size and position your artwork for fit and effect.   All logos or stylized lettering requires an $80.00 Custom Engraving Master.

Rotary Engraving
Rotary Engraving is used only on Swiss Army Knife handles.  The Rotary Engraving process uses a .005" to .020" wide cutter rotating at 10,000 r.p.m. to engrave into the plastic handle. The rotary bit cuts with a slight slant or taper.  Our free color-fill minimizes this slant while highlighting and enhancing the appearance.  Rotary Engraving can not be inscribed in metal.  Rotary Engraving charges are $2.00 per each 16 characters line (2 line limit) or your custom logo.  We size and position your artwork for fit and effect.   All logos or stylized lettering requires an $80.00 Custom Engraving Master.

Epoxy Pad Printing
Epoxy Pad Printing is the most economical way to imprint plastic Swiss Army Knife handles.  Only $ .50 per imprint to place your logo or message on smooth Swiss Army Knife handles.  Minimum order for epoxy pad printing is 50 pieces.  Epoxy pad printing is used only on plastic Swiss Army Knife handles, black flashlight presentation boxes and Leatherman LM-7P handles.  We use long lasting Duratech epoxy with specially formulated hardeners for durability.  Epoxy is a petroleum-based product as are the plastic knife handles.  Adhesion is best on materials within the same molecular family.  This fact is the reason we have had success with our epoxy pad printing process over time.

Most popular imprint colors are white and gray.  These colors look best on a red Swiss Army Knife handle.  Epoxy pad printing masters are screens through which Duratech epoxy, with hardeners added for longer life, are applied to the surface.  More detail can be achieved from epoxy pad printing than from Rotary Engraving, because we can epoxy pad print a much finer line than we can Rotary engrave.  For best results, we suggest logos with company names spelled out or company name over the telephone number.  All multi-color imprints are subject to approval by our production department. We size and position your artwork for fit and effect.  

Custom Epoxy Pad Printing Masters are $80.00 each per color.  Supplied artwork must be black on white.  Multiple color imprints must be supplied with registration marks and imprint color indicated.  No gray scale or full color artwork is acceptable. Custom epoxy pad printing masters are one size.  A second custom epoxy pad printing master will be required to use the same artwork for 2 different sizes imprint.  The $.50 running charge per imprint per color to epoxy pad print will apply.  If 2 sides are printed, two masters are required and two running charges apply.

Custom Epoxy Pad Printing Colors are $35.00 to special formulate and mix per color.  This charge will be incurred each time any custom color is requested.  Every effort will be made to match colors specified.  Due to various methods of manufacturing, we can not guarantee exact color matches.  Specify colors as numbers from the Pantone Matching System or PMS colors.

Knife Blade Etching
Our electro-chemical knife blade etching process uses acid and a controlled electrical current passing through an etching master to Òmark" with a design or logo.  All knife blade etches are black.  One FREE  knife blade etch running charge per knife. (Not available on Swiss Army Knives).  Choose from our selection of Stock Knife Blade Etching Masters, or have it Òyour" way with a Custom blade etching master.

Stock Knife Blade Etching - Select from our selection of stock knife blade etching masters. These are arranged into several categories to make your selection process more convenient.  Running charge for this service is FREE on the first knife blade.

Custom Knife Blade Etching - Running charge is FREE on the first knife blade. Custom knife blade etching requires an $80.00, one time charge for your custom knife blade etching master.  No re-use fee, no set-up fee and no running charge when you place an exact reorder.  To create your own unique custom blade etching master, combine your logo with your name, graphic, phone number, web address, etc.  We size and position your artwork for maximum fit and effect.  Custom etching masters are one size and copy can not be altered or edited.  Additional custom knife blade etching masters are required if multiple size etches are desired or if 2 locations are to be etched with different copy. We size and position your artwork for fit and effect.

Additional Knife Blade Etches are $1.00 each running charge.  Additional knife blade etches requires an $80.00 one time charge for the additional knife blade etching master. No set-up fee for an exact reorder using this master.  Only ONE knife blade etch is free.  Additional knife blade etches are $1.00 each.

Etching exceptions - Black coated blades can not be etched.  If a factory blade etch is on one side of the knife blade, we etch on the other.
