Tours are conducted daily during our regular business hours unless prior arrangements have been made.  Tours require walking and standing for approximately one hour.

Production Equipment ­  KnivesAndFlashlights.com is a pioneer in the knife industry with over 25 years experience customizing knives.  Our laser engraving department is equipped with several lasers in varying sizes from 100 watts with water-cooled chillers, to precision production 50 watt machines.  Our rotary engraving and diamond engraving department features 7 computer operated engraving machines.  Our knife blade etching machines produce some of the best “marks” in the industry.  Our epoxy pad printing equipment manufacturer has a 50 year track record.

Masters and Dies remain the property of KnivesAndFlashlights.com are maintained for your exclusive use for reorders for 2 years.

Manufacturer Warranty - products sold by KnivesAndFlashlights.com are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects.  They do not cover misuse, abuse, or improper use.  Items are to be returned to the manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise from KnivesAndFlashlights.com.  No returns will be accepted without our approval.  KnivesAndFlashlights.com is not responsible for our inability to fill orders due to strikes, act of nature, shortages of materials, or other circumstances beyond our control.
