Dies and masters remain the property of the manufacturer and are maintained for your exclusive use for reorders.

Terms
Net 30 days from invoice date on credit worthy accounts. First time customers may be required to pre-pay partial or entire order. 1-1/2% monthly interest on past due accounts.

Cancellations & Changes
Custom orders cancelled or changed during production are invoiced for all expenses incurred.

Shipping
All shipments are FOB our factory via United Parcel Service. We reserve the right to select the most expedient method of shipment to meet rush deadline dates. Split shipments are an additional $5.00.

Warranty
Most products are covered by their own manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. This does not cover misuse, abuse, or improper use. The authorized returned item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.

Claims
All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise; no returns without factory approval. HARD HAT is not responsible for our inability to fill orders due to strikes, acts of nature, shortages of material or other circumstances beyond our control.

Trademarks & Copyrights
HARD HAT assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks and copyrighted materials presented to us for reproduction. Customers assume all liability resulting from trademark or copyright disputes.
