Shipping
Shipping Services
All shipments are FOB our factory (KnivesAndFlashlights.com, 711 Leitchfield Road; Owensboro, Kentucky, 42303) via United Parcel Service. We reserve the right to select the most expedient method of shipment to meet rush deadline dates. We are located in western Kentucky. Expedited extra cost services available are Next Day Air, Second Day, and Three Day Select. All expedited methods are extra cost that can only be calculated after order is packed and weighed. Alaska, Hawaii and all international shipments will be at the prevailing rate.
Shipping Charges
The following packaging, shipping and insurance charges will be added to each order:
Up to $50.00 - $ 7.00
$100.00 to $200.00 - 8.00
$200.00 to $300.00 - 9.00
$300.00 to $400.00 - 10.00
$1.00 will be added for each additional $100.00 in merchandise.
Split shipments are $5.00 additional per box plus UPS (United Parcel Service) charges.
Expedited Shipping Charges - Optional extra cost UPS services are available including - Next Day Air, Second Day, and Three Day Select. Package weight determines cost for expedited services. After box is packed and weighed, cost can be calculated by distance and service desired. Cost for these services will be added to your invoice.
UPS - United Parcel Service is the most economical way to ship.
FedEx - Federal Express shipping can be achieved at your request if your FedEx account number is supplied.
US Post Office - We do not ship to Post Office boxes. We do not ship via US Postal Service.
International Shipping - A valid UPS or FedEx account number must be provided for all shipments outside the United States. Your account will be charge applicable freight, duty, and / or customs charges.
Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise from KnivesAndFlashlights.com. No returns will be accepted without factory approval. KnivesAndFlashlights.com is not responsible for our inability to fill orders due to strikes, act of nature, shortages of materials, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Drop Shipments - Your name and address as the original shipper printed on the shipping label ( our name and address will not appear). All boxes using drop shipment labels will incur an additional $5.00 per box plus freight charges.
C.O.D. - We do not accept orders to be shipped Collect on Delivery.
